    A few thoughts on your dilemma.
    Will they allow you to bring it in if no one OPENS the bottles?
    Have you already posed the question to them? If not, you could just bring in the bottles with labels that don't necessarily tell people what's in it. Keep it a secret! That may not be the best thing to do, but I hate that venues are such Nazi's about little things like this.
    I think the bottles in the OOT bags is a fine idea too.
